What a Sack Of DKNY!
Only DKNY could call a purse a sack and make it just… cool.
What we have here is the DKNY Reversible Small Muslin Sack (sack!) – an absolutely genius little thing that is made from a very trendy muslin paisley print – or square print! – with a gorgeous roomy interior.
In fact, this might be another one of those Mary Poppins bottomless bags that you can carry lampshades and mirrors around in.

Fiore Eyes Only
Here’s a lovely, muted hobo – it’s the Embellished Leather Hobo from Isabella Fiore, another of the more soft designs this spring.
It’s made of creamy lambskin, with a beaded design on the front that is handstitched to look like netting – the handle is made of woven leather and there’s some tassley goodness going on there as you can see.
A very beautiful and sophisticated purse from Fiore!

Dooney Tattoo Two
Here’s the eternally glorious Dooney & Bourke Tattoo purse in one of its many forms – the Bucket Bag.
I like this purse not so much because of the cool shape, but because of those rather lovely painted ladies gracing the front in all their multicolour kitsch glory.

Purple Choo
I love love love purple purses – and this just might be my favourite so far.

Floral Fendi
Fendi have updated their classic immortal Spy Purse with this lovely seasonal offering.
It’s the Coated Crepe Satin Spy Bag, a gorgeous addition to the Fendi family – made of a beautiful satin with floral, thorny print, braided handles made of leather and… a secret pocket!
It’s no surprise at all that this purse keeps going and going… most It-Purses fade away as soon as the celebrity of the day stops using them… but this is one that clearly is not going anywhere soon.

Pucci Of The Sea
Here’s a nice, refreshing little slice of purse – it’s the Lune Print Pouch from Emilio Pucci, a very small, canvas-made clutch with a beautifully modern, fresh design.
The stitching on the purse is clearly visible, which gives it a very cute I-Made-This-At-Home-Because- I-Am-A-Purse-Genius air, and the combination of blues and whites and purple is altogether charmingly arty.
It is, as I say, a wee little bairn of a purse – but then you know what they say about good things coming in small packages, don’t you…?

Coachy Bug
This delicately-lilac purse is the Coach Soho Optic Signature Applique Pouch – possibly the longest name ever for a purse.
It’s made of the Coach jacquard fabric, with a standard zip closure and hardy inner lining.
It’s so obviously a springtime purse – hence the adorable little ladybug applique. The purse is also available in silver – which as a bumblebee applique instead.
It’s a classic Coach purse, perfectly seasonal and shimmeringly pretty.

Asprey Muffin
Here’s a delightfully decadent little purse from Asprey – it’s called the Swirl Muffin Bag, and it’s quite the cute little evening accessory.
The material is a rich, velvet-soft suede with a crescent handle and Swarovski crystal swirl-designs on the front.
It’s an extremely sweet little thing – not just because of the sparkly Swarovski’s (is there anything left that isn’t adorned with Swarovski’s?) but because of the old-fashioned, almost Victorian shape to it.
Plus it’s called the Muffin Bag! That is just the most adorable name I have heard for a purse in a very long time.

Snakey Veneta
Here’s a purse for the very brave – it’s the Karung Snakeskin Bag from Botega Veneta.
I say ‘for the very brave’ because this purse looks exactly like what it is made of – and I wouldn’t feel entirely sure that it wouldn’t come to life suddenly and give me a good nip on the behind.
We’ve featured snakeskin purses before, but this is the most snakey of them all. The hardware is a very classy tortoiseshell, with both a clasp and zipper – the lining is a gorgeously lux suede, and it has a very ‘in’ chunky chain handle.
Absolutely gorgeous purse – wear it at your peril!
